I stayed here for a week with my family and enjoyed the spacious and clean room. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered plenty of choices, and I appreciated that food could be easily heated up if needed. The hotel is ideally located close to the sea, which made for nice walks by the waterfront. However, I did find the floors in our room a bit dusty, which was a downside.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, the cleaning was excellent and the location was ideally close to the beach and a short taxi ride to nearby attractions.

This place suits me perfectly with its poolside snack bar, spa & wellness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. Don’t miss the heated swimming pool!...  

The daily poolside entertainment was a highlight, adding excitement to our family vacation, while the varied food offerings kept everyone satisfied throughout our stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The food was incredible, especially the variety at breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries. The nightly entertainment was a blast, keeping us entertained every evening. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful sea views, making for a perfect stay. This place is definitely worth it, and I can’t wait to return!

my recent stay was great! the kids loved the pool area, and we felt the staff really prioritized safety for them while also keeping everything clean. having stayed in puerto del carmen before, this hotel exceeded my expectations...

The dining experiences left something to be desired, with the buffet food often repetitive and lukewarm. the variety just didn't cut it. Also, the gym only opens at 11 AM, which is a puzzling scheduling choice for those wanting to hit the weights early. The tennis court is in rough shape, needing some serious maintenance to bring it back to playable condition. Towels for the pool come with a deposit and an extra fee if you're in need of more. Not to mention, the entertainment varies in quality—some nights fell flat with lackluster shows that didn't engage the crowd. It's not all doom and gloom, but certainly aspects that hindered an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This place is super close to the airport, and the staff are absolute gems! My room had stunning ocean views, and let’s not forget the comfy bed that helped me survive those early morning flights.

Planes took off at 'rise and shine' o’clock, which was great if you like alarm clocks! Plus, some food choices felt like they were on a never-ending repeat loop.

I truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially the spacious and well-maintained general areas that made navigating the hotel easy for seniors like me. The staff were always ready to assist with anything I needed....
